Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work for you:

• •Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account.
• •Practice data: the poses you save as learning, practicing or mastered, the dates you practice, your streaks, program progress, quiz scores and any notes you write.
• •Membership data: your plan, subscription status, purchase dates and confirmation that a payment succeeded.
• •Usage data: the pages and features you open, app version, device type and approximate region, used to keep the app working and to improve it.
• •Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.
• •We do not collect health records, medical information, your contacts, photos, precise location or advertising identifiers.

2. How we use your information

• •To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• •To save your practice progress and show it back to you.
• •To process your membership and unlock the content it includes.
• •To answer your questions and provide support.
• •To understand which features are used so we can improve the app.
• •To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent misuse.

3. Legal bases for processing

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you for your account, your practice data and your membership; our legitimate interests in keeping the app secure and improving it; your consent where we ask for it; and our legal obligations, for example keeping billing records.

4. Payments

Membership payments are processed for us by Base44 Payments, powered by Wix Payments. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are handled by them under their own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number; we only receive your plan, its status and confirmation of payment.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment under Apple's privacy policy and shares your purchase status with us so we can unlock your membership.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run the app for us, and only as much as they need:

• •Our hosting and database platform, which stores your account and practice data.
• •Our payment provider, to take and manage membership payments.
• •Our email service, to send account messages such as sign-in and password reset emails.
• •Authorities or other parties where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our members or of Peak Lotus Yoga.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data and practice history within 30 days, except for billing records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what each part of the service needs, and passwords are stored in hashed form. No system can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you do not reuse elsewhere.

8. Your rights and choices

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to export it, or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To make a request, email us at support@zenithyoga.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also stop using the app at any time.

9. Children

Peak Lotus Yoga is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. In some regions a higher age applies, such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where your data is processed

Our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
